Sabrina's mother (Japanese: Natsume's mother) is a character of the day who appeared in Haunter versus Kadabra. She was never given a name in the original version or the dub. She is the mother of Sabrina, the Saffron Gym Leader.

When Sabrina was younger, she, along with Sabrina's father, attempted to stop her from playing with a set of golf clubs. However, because of her daughter's Psychic powers, she was unable to; as a result, Sabrina turned her mother into a doll and trapped her in a dollhouse, whilst her father escaped.

As a doll

In the present day, she encountered Misty and Brock, who had also been turned into dolls and trapped in the same dollhouse. Despite their state, they were able to communicate with each other and she held no malice against her daughter, certain that one day, she would return them all back to normal. They were interrupted by the arrival of Sabrina, who removed Misty and Brock from the dollhouse, only for Ash to arrive and challenge Sabrina to a Gym battle.

The battle eventually resulted in Sabrina being defeated; and her mother, Misty, and Brock were subsequently returned to normal. She appeared at the end of the episode, waving goodbye to Ash and his friends as they left town.
