(Japanese: イモタロー Imotarō) is a minor recurring character of the Pokémon anime who competed in the Vertress Conference. He is from Inakano Town.
He first appeared in BW103 on the screen of the preliminary match-ups. After that he reappeared in BW104 on the screen showing the match-ups for the second round, meaning he had made it through the first round. In BW105 it was revealed he had made it through the second and third rounds as well when he appeared on the screens again. Later in the episode, when Iris's Axew got lost, he appeared with his friends and family celebrating his victory through the first rounds.
He battled against Manning in the fourth round in BW106 and won, making his way to the quarter-finals. In BW108, he battled Virgil and lost, placing him in the Top 8. Afterwards he appeared once again in the closing ceremonies of the Vertress Conference.
