Release information
This card was released as both a Regular and a Full Art card in the Dragons Exalted expansion, originating from the Japanese Dragon Blast. The Regular print features artwork by Eske Yoshinob, while the Full Art print features artwork by 5ban Graphics. The Full Art print was reprinted as one of the BW-P Promotional cards with different artwork by 5ban Graphics and awarded to winners of the 'Super Rare Card Set Get!' campaign. Those who bought a combination of four BW5 products at participating stores could enter into a drawing to win one of 1,000 copies of Giratina-EX and Rayquaza-EX.
An English exclusive promotional print of this card with new artwork by Eske Yoshinob was later released in the English Template:Merch in September 2012. The original Regular print was later reprinted in Japan as part of the Master Deck Build Box EX, released on September 14th, 2012.
