The Power Anklet is a givable item that is used much like the Macho Brace, though instead of doubling your EV gain, it will add four Effort Values to your pokemon after battle. It was first introduced in the 4th Generation of pokemon.

The Power Anklet can only be found at the battle tower in sinnoh and can be bought for 16 BP.
