With ''[[EP001|Pokémon, I Choose You!]]'', Hungama TV began airing the {{series|original}} on May 19, 2014. Unlike Cartoon Network and Pogo, since Hungama TV has no English audio feed, the anime aired only in Hindi. Starting with [[S02|the second season]], the channel began to include the [[Who's That Pokémon?]] segment in episodes. As with the Cartoon Network airings, several episodes were skipped or aired out of order. Starting from [[S03|the third season]], the channel also started using [[Media:Pokémon logo Southeast Asia.png|a red logo]] for Pokémon, instead of [[Media:Pokémon logo English.png|the yellow one]] used internationally. Some episodes of the third season were aired with additional Tamil and Telegu dubs, but not all episodes were dubbed in those languages until ''[[S04|Johto League Champions]]''. From ''[[EP166|Two Hits and a Miss]]'' to ''[[EP206|The Joy of Water Pokémon]]'', Hungama TV often skipped parts of the episode before the title card, which were later restored during reruns on Disney XD. With [[S05|the fifth season]], Hungama TV aired the anime continuously till ''[[EP262|You're a Star, Larvitar]]'' in June 2015. Disney XD began airing reruns of episodes that had already aired on Hungama TV with the first 10 episodes of ''[[S01|Pokémon: Indigo League]]'' on August 7, 2016.

On May 24, 2017, Prasad Barve announced that he will reprise his role as Ash for the tenth season.<ref>[https://www.facebook.com/prasadbarveACTOR/posts/10156268944139465 Prasad Barve's return to Pokémon anime]</ref> Disney XD aired episodes from two new seasons, [[S09|Pokémon: Battle Frontier]] and [[S10|Pokémon: Diamond and Pearl]] starting from the same day, November 12, 2018. For unknown reasons, Disney XD wrapped up both the seasons together in just one week, skipping ''[[AG192|Home is Where the Start Is!]]'' which was aired later during reruns. The tenth season had a complete cast change comprising of CN dub voice actors in the Hindi version while the Tamil and Telugu versions continued using their Disney dub cast. Beginning on January 20, 2019, Disney XD was rebranded as Marvel HQ in India, although the channel continues to air the Pokémon anime. From May 13, 2019 to May 24, 2019, Marvel HQ aired episodes from the eleventh season, [[S11|Pokémon DP: Battle Dimension]] till ''[[DP085|Fighting Fear with Fear]]'', with its Disney dub voice actors. Starting from this season, the channel stopped using the red logo for Pokémon and now use the original yellow logo. The season re-aired on Hungama TV in August 2019, again only till ''Fighting Fear with Fear'' similar to Marvel HQ, making the return of the anime on the channel since 2016.

From July 8, 2019, the English dub of the twelfth season, [[S12|Pokémon DP: Galactic Battles]], started airing on {{wp|Disney International HD}}, while Hungama TV and Marvel HQ continues to air the Hindi, Tamil and Telugu dubs of the Pokémon anime. The thirteenth season, [[S13|Pokémon DP: Sinnoh League Victors]], will debut on Marvel HQ on September 2, 2019.
