Pokémon Online (MMORPG)
Pokémon Online (commonly shortend to POL) is a fan-made MMORPG created with Clickteam's Multimedia Fusion.
The developers are using the game mechanics of the GameBoy and GameBoy Advance versions of the popular Pokémon games.
Currently POL is in beta stages, at this point only basic user interaction with other players is possible.
The Site
The site has information about the game, and history, of the glory that was POL that ended in 1999. This is the the revival of POL. There is also a very user friendly forum, containing mapping, suggestions, and help/support support boards. The site is still under devolopment.
The Host
POL's main server is hosted by one of its forum members, Chibimmy, of Coinoperatedboy.net.
Extras
The web site also includes a Map Editor, available for download, in which you may make your own maps that resemble the ones in POL and the Gameboy games.
