The story follows [[Hareta]] on his quest from [[Professor Rowan]] to find the [[Legendary Pokémon]] {{p|Dialga}}. He is joined on this journey by [[Mitsumi]], Professor Rowan's assistant, and occasionally, {{OBP|Jun|DPA}}, a roaming Pokémon Trainer smitten by Mitsumi's beauty. Along the way, this group runs into [[Team Galactic]] and their plans.
