The soundtrack is divided into four discs, each featuring [[Ken Sugimori]] art of the [[legendary Pokémon]] {{p|Kyurem|Black Kyurem}} (disc 1), White Kyurem (disc 2), {{p|Reshiram}}, {{p|Zekrom}}, and Kyurem (disc 3), as well as {{p|Rayquaza}} and {{p|Giratina}} (disc 4). The CD booklet features self liner notes by Gō Ichinose and Hitomi Satō (which include portraits and their in-game {{ga|Trainer Card}}s), as well as running commentary by the two on some of the tracks found on the album.
