Percy

Percy is a Summerland Pokemon Ranger in the game of the same name. His partner is a Politoad and he is very protective of it. IT has been shown that he is a very competent ranger but struggles with his confidence ever since the Go-Rock Squad kidnapped his politoad. He also saw a Mew but had some trouble admitting it to the hero because when he told some other rangers they laughed at him so he then beleived that he was mistaken until with help from the hero, he saw it again.
