'''Pattern Bush''' (Japanese: '''しるしのはやし''' ''Symbol Thicket'') is an area exclusive to {{game|FireRed and LeafGreen|s}} and is located on a small, offshore island to the north of [[Fortune Island]].

To reach Pattern Bush, it is necessary to {{m|Surf}} a short distance from mainland to the island, using the [[Water Path]].

Pattern Bush is carpeted in a thick undergrowth, which makes it perfect for the multitudes of {{type|Bug}} {{OBP|Pokémon|species}} who call this place home.

An intriguing aspect of Pattern Bush is the mysterious empty patches of ground. No reason for this phenomenon is given, although the {{pkmn|Trainer}}s {{pkmn|battle|battling}} there have their own suspicions. It may be a reference to the {{wp|Nazca Lines}} or {{wp|crop circle}}s. Looking at the overhead map causes the area to resemble an {{wp|integrated circuit}}, or more specifically, the game cartridge's internal {{wp|printed circuit board}}.
