It was shown in Japanese theaters together with ''[[M06|Jirachi: Wish Maker]]'', and released on a separate DVD. The English dub was included as a bonus feature on the ''Jirachi: Wish Maker'' DVD, in the original 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio.
