Trailing Latias through Alto Mare, Annie and Oakley located the [[Secret Garden (location)|Secret Garden]], home to the Eon duo and the Soul Dew. While Latias escaped, Annie and Oakley managed to grab Latios and the Soul Dew.

She is also cruel and has a ruthless determination to succeed.

She also has some rather advanced technology at hand, including special glasses that can see through optical illusions like transformations and invisibility, and her computer analytics applications allow her to scan data with incredible speed.
