In Unova, they are depicted as young men with long hair and glasses playing an acoustic guitar and resemble Generation IV's Guitarists. In Galar, they are depicted as young men with short hair and sunglasses holding a microphone.

In Double Battles, a Musician paired with a Dancer are called Music Crew.

A Musician appeared with his Eelektrik in Unraveling Mysteries.

Another Musician appeared in With a Little Help From My Friends. He is based on the Musician who plays the guitar in Café Sonata and teaches Meloetta Relic Song in the games.
