'''Morikazu Aoki''' (Japanese: '''青木森一''') is a musician that has composed and arranged various songs for the Pokémon [[core series]] games, beginning with [[Pokémon Gold and Silver Versions|Pokémon Gold and Silver]]. This also involved creating various sound effects, such as the Pokémon [[Cry|cries]]. After leaving [[GAME FREAK]] following his work on [[Pokémon Diamond and Pearl Versions|Pokémon Diamond and Pearl]], he became a sound engineer on the {{smw|Mario & Luigi (series)|Mario & Luigi}} series at {{wp|AlphaDream}} prior to their bankruptcy in 2019.
