'''Monica''' (Japanese: '''モニカ''' ''Monica'') is a [[character of the day]] who appeared in ''[[DP084|Hungry for the Good Life!]]''. She is the housekeeper of [[Mr. Backlot]]'s {{si|Pokémon Mansion|mansion}} and [[Trophy Garden]] estate.

Monica first encountered {{Ash}} and {{ashfr}} while she was in the process of catching a {{p|Cleffa}} that escaped Mr. Backlot's mansion. Afterwards, she took them back to the mansion to get out of a storm and meet Mr. Backlot. They also met all of the Pokémon that Monica cares for. She makes [[Poffin]]s for them to eat.

After {{TRT}} nabbed the group and Mr. Backlot's Pokémon, Monica drove them directly to the Rocket trio's location. After {{an|Dawn}} defeated Team Rocket, Monica informed her of an upcoming {{pkmn|Contest}} in [[Celestic Town]].
