As often as you like during your turn (before your attack), you may return a Pokémon Tool or Technical Machine card attached to your Pokémon to your hand. This power can't be used if Mismagius is affected by a Special Condition.

This card was included in the English Rising Rivals expansion, first released as one of the Japanese DPt-P Promotional cards as one of two cards available in the Galactic's Conquest•Bonds to the End of Time Special Pack in January 2009.
