Release information

This card was released as an unnumbered Jumbo BW-P Promotional card and awarded as a prize to those who participated in the Experience Battle side events held over the course of Battle Carnival 2011 in Japan. The Battle Carnival only ran on the weekend of November 5-6, 2011 at the Mydome Osaka, Osaka, and on the weekend of November 19-20, 2011 at Sunshine City, Tokyo.

Trivia

  • This card was only released as a jumbo card and is therefore not legal to use in tournaments or official events.
  • The card features the Battle Carnival 2011 event logo in the bottom right corner of the artwork.
  • This card also shares the highest attack damage of any printed card with several other Jumbo promotional cards.

Origin

Battle Carnival is the name of the event in which Mewtwo was released. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Black and White.
