He then appears to Pikachu in a dream once they've arrived in the PokéPark and tells Pikachu to collect pieces of the [[Sky Prism]] so that peace can be restored to the PokéPark. Designer Shigeki Morimoto stated that Mew's design was based on Mewtwo.
