Magikarp salesman

    The Magikarp Salesman is a tricky man who is always getting James to buy one of his 

Magikarps. He has appeared in a number of episodes of the anime. His first appearance was

on the SS Anne selling Magikarp to anyone foolish enough to buy one.  He would tell them that 

they would reproduce and make the buyer rich. James was foolish enough to buy one which later evolved into a Gyarados. He has also appeared in Hoenn a number of times. Once was when selling Hoppip disguised as Chimecho and also selling Magikarp disguised as Feebas, both of which Team Rocket bought
