Macro Cosmos's (Japanese: マクロコスモス Macro Cosmos) is a Trainer class introduced in Generation VIII. They are Pokémon Trainers who work for Macro Cosmos, notably Rose and Oleana. It is also the Trainer class of League staff that were recruited by Oleana to stop the player from reaching the chairman in Rose Tower. In contrast to other League staff, Macro Cosmos's have gray hair, black sunglasses, and Macro Cosmos shirts underneath their jackets. With the exception of Oleana, all Macro Cosmos's Trainers specialize in Steel types.

A group of Macro Cosmos's appeared in Sword and Shield, Slumbering Weald!, where they were acting as Oleana's subordinates. One of them followed Goh and Sonia and antagonized them until Sword and Shield: "From Here to Eternatus!", when a battle resulting in his defeat forced the subordinate to retreat. He eventually returned with additional subordinates, only for all of them to be pushed out of the way by Goh and Sonia as they left. They later confronted Sonia at the entrance to the Hammerlocke Stadium, only for Raihan to appear to defend her. In the next episode, Raihan easily defeated all of the employees, forcing them to retreat.
