She forms a [[sync pair]] with {{p|Pheromosa}}. She was first introduced in the [[story event]] [[Family Ties]]. The sync pair can be obtained through the [[sync pair scout]] starting on September 10, 2020. The pair's potential can be upgraded to {{6EX}} from when the pair was first released, which unlocks Lusamine's EX style.

Lusamine is also available in her [[sygna suit]], forming a sync pair with {{form|Necrozma|Dusk Mane}} {{p|Necrozma}}, which is capable of using [[Ultra Burst]] and transforming into Ultra Necrozma. This sync pair is available through a limited Master Fair sync pair scout and was first made available on November 30, 2021. This pair's potential can also be upgraded to {{6EX}} from when the pair was first released.
