The following is a list of all of the Japanese language home video releases of Pocket Monsters Best Wishes! of the Pokémon anime.
Volume releases
Pocket Monsters Best Wishes! was divided into five sets that were released by Media Factory and Shogakukan from 2011 to 2014. It contains almost all the 144 episodes between them, except Dent and Takeshi! Gyarados's Imperial Rage!! and Iris VS Ibuki! The Road to Become a Dragon Master!!, special episodes aired after the series conclusion, and Afro GO! Buffron NO!!, which was released separately. All the DVDs were released for rental only.

Trivia
- Pokémon TV Anime Collection DVD: Pokémon Battle contents were changed since it was announced. The original promotional images showed Everyone Gathers! Don Battle!! on disc 8. In the final release, the Pocket Monsters Best Wishes! episodes from discs 3 through 7 were moved one disc ahead (4 through 8) and A Sommelier Showdown! Ishizumai VS Futachimaru!! was included on disc 3. The original series episodes were not affected.
