The user hurls a flurry of leaves at the foe.

	Turtwig raises its head and calls out, making multiple leaves gather around it and start to glow green. The leaves then spiral around Turtwig in a tornado-like fashion, then it points its head at the opponent and the leaves fire at it like a cyclone, hitting it hard.
