Lana's mother is a recurring character who appeared in the Pokémon anime. She is the mother of Lana, Harper, and Sarah.

In the anime

Lana's mother first appeared in Alolan Open House! when she arrived at the Pokémon School during the Visiting Day to see Lana along with Harper and Sarah. She had to calm down the twins as they became excited about seeing all of the Pokémon and attending the school someday.

Lana's mother reappeared in a flashback in Tasting the Bitter with the Sweet!. It was revealed that, when Mallow and Lana were young, she made a delivery to Abe at Aina's Kitchen, allowing the two girls to meet each other.

In the Poké Problem segment of SM079, she was watching a Minior shower whilst Harper and Sarah slept next to her.

In Lillier and the Staff!, she watched Lana perform in the school play alongside Harper and Sarah.

In We Know Where You're Going, Eevee!, she greeted her husband as he returned home. The family later sat down to a home-cooked meal.

Lana's mother briefly appeared in Dreams of the Sun and Moon! while Lana was studying for her upcoming ocean survey to find Manaphy with her father. She appeared again in Thank You, Alola! The Journey Continues!, where she, Harper, and Sarah watched as Lana prepared to leave on the trip.

Character

As shown in We Know Where You're Going, Eevee!, much like Lana, she has a habit of making things up, only to tell the truth in the process of lying. She is perfectly capable of keeping her younger daughters reeled in with a firm yet gentle authority.
