The space available in Kangaskhan storage increases as the player proceeds through the game in [[Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Explorers of Darkness|Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time, Explorers of Darkness]] and [[Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky|Explorers of Sky]], while in [[Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team and Blue Rescue Team]] the player can store infinite in the beginning. Rewards which the player does not have space for in their bag are also deposited in Kangaskhan Storage.

==Kangaskhan Rock==

A Kangaskhan Rock is an item in {{pkmn|Mystery Dungeon}} games that allows the player to [[Saving|save]] and check their storage. The storage feature is not available in the midway point of a dungeon, except for the one in the puzzle room of [[Crystal Cave]] that connects Crystal Cave and [[Crystal Crossing]] and the ones at the 2nd, 4th and 6th [[Sky Peak Station Passes]]. In the game, it is depicted as a rock sculpture of a Kangaskhan in a gray and black tone. The save points at the mid-way points in dungeons are also shaped like Kangaskhan Rocks but the game can only be saved and items cannot be stored.
