Jenaro
Jenaro (Japanese: シンタロー Shintarō) is a character of the day who appeared in Hi Ho Silver...Away!. He lives near Kasado City on Silver Rock Isle.
Jenaro is a silver rock craftsman who makes jewelry with his Sandslash. He was constantly getting yelled at by Ariene, who thought he was going to hurt himself at the rate he was working on silver rock sculptures. In reality, Jenaro really loved Ariene, and he wanted to make her a new Silver Wing pin to replace her old and worn one.
Team Rocket appeared with a giant vacuum and tried to steal all of the silver rock jewelry on the island. With the help of Ash and his friends, Jenaro successfully retrieved Ariene's Silver Wing pin. Using it, he proposed to Ariene, who happily accepted.

| Sandslash is Jenaro's most relied on Pokémon. When Ash tripped on something, he and his friends did not know at first that it was Jenaro's Sandslash until the lights came on. Ariene too tripped on something as well. He and Sandslash were very ill and they needed some rest. After they felt better, Sandslash was used to assist him in the Silver Wing pin.
Sandslash's known moves are Sand Attack, Sandstorm, and Swift. | ||
