'''Ishii''', also known as '''GR-2''', is a member of [[Team Great Rocket]] and the Fort Leader of [[Colorless Altar]] from {{Card GB 2}}.

Like a couple other Team Great Rocket members, he has disguised himself behind a mask with a {{e|Colorless}} pattern across it so little can be said about his real appearance. After the player has first met [[Nikki]] at [[Mr. Ishihara's House]], he appears at the [[Grass Club]], where he may be challenged in a 6-prize duel.

His deck focuses on {{e|Grass}} and {{e|Fighting}} Pokémon. After defeating him, the player is awarded with one of both {{GB|2|We Are Team Rocket}} and {{GB|2|Legendary Power}} booster packs and one piece of the Great Rocket Coin.

The player meets him again at the Colorless Altar, where he is the Fort Leader. His deck, '''Eye of the Storm Deck''' (Japanese: '''たいふうのめデッキ'''), focuses on {{e|Colorless}} Pokémon, mainly on the ones that are of the {{type2|Flying}} in the main games. He refuses to duel against the player unless they have four cards of the type he has chosen at that time (he can request either {{TCG|Rattata}}, {{TCG|Meowth}}, or any {{TCG|Dark Pokémon}} cards).
