Generation V

Moves used by a Pokémon with Infiltrator bypass the effects of targets' Reflect, Light Screen, Safeguard, and Mist.

Generation VI onward

Moves used by a Pokémon with Infiltrator also bypass the effects of targets' Aurora Veil.

Moves used by a Pokémon with Infiltrator, except Transform and Sky Drop, also bypass the effects of targets' substitutes.

Outside of battle

In Generation VIII, if a Pokémon with Infiltrator is in the first place in the party, wild Pokémon are less likely to appear.
