HeartGold & SoulSilver arc (Adventures): Difference between revisions

So far the only things known are that Gold is looking for a missing [[Lance]] and gets in a battle against an {{p|Arceus}} along with Silver and Crystal. Meanwhile, [[Carr]] is trying to resurrect Team Rocket and hold the base at the newly opened {{jo|Safari Zone}}. The four Rocket executives, [[Proton]], [[Petrel]], [[Ariana]], and [[Archer]] also appear and seem to take control from him, saying that they will "say true to Giovanni's intentions". There have been some party changes with the three Johto dexholders, as Silver no longer has his Ursaring but has gained a Rhyperior from {{Adv|Blue}}, Gold's [[Aipom]] has evolved into a Aipibom and Togetaro has evolved twice, first into Togetic and then into Togekiss. It is revealed that [[Lance]] was taken down by the Generals in battle from Petrel. All of the Johto Gym Leaders besides [[Pyrce]] have made an appearance this arc. As the arc goes on, it turns out the Four Executives (know as the 'Four Generals' in the manga) are searching for [[Arceus]] and the [[Sinjoh Ruins]]. It is also later revealed by {{Adv|Silver}} that his father [[Giovanni]] is missing alongside his Ursaring, which is why Blue gave him a Rhperior, not only to evolve it, but to have another Pokemon on his team to make up for it. Two of the Four Generals have differences in the manga not present in the games, such as Petrel having the ability to successfully disguise himself as any person he's met, and Ariana has appeared much chubbier in later chapters due to Kusaka not wanting her to be portrayed as a 'stereotypical female villain.' During a battle with {{Adv|Crystal}} [[Ariana]] reveals that each of the Four Generals have a different job: [[Petrel]] to seek out the Plates, [[Proton]] to find the [[Sinjoh Ruins]], herself to fend off intruders, and when she's about to talk about Archer, the man appears himself with the other two Generals before she can say.
