Hammer Arm (Japanese: アームハンマー Arm Hammer) is a damage-dealing Fighting-type move introduced in Generation IV.

Effect

Hammer Arm does damage, then lowers the user's Speed by one level.

  Tornadus raises both of its arms above its head and crosses them. Both of its forearms then start to glow white, and Tornadus brings both of its arms down on top of the opponent, or Tornadus smashes its wrists together in front of its body and pulls its arms to its side. Both of its forearms then glow white and it charges forward. As it approaches the opponent, it brings both of its fists forward, smashing them into the opponent, or Tornadus holds out one of its arms and its forearm starts to glow white. It then slams its forearm into the opponent. As it swings its arm, it leaves behind a stream of white energy where it swung.
