A Gyaradosite in the anime
Alain discovered an uncut Gyaradosite in Mega Evolution Special I.
A Gyaradosite physically debuted in Coming Apart at the Dreams!, worn by Lysandre's Shiny Gyarados around its neck in a holder similar to the one Alain's Charizard keeps its Charizardite X in. It is unknown whether this Gyaradosite is the same one Alain had discovered uncut earlier, or a different one.
Another Gyaradosite appeared in When Regions Collide!, where it was held by Misty's Gyarados. It didn't appear to be equipped on Gyarados, but rather, it appeared on its head crest right before Mega Evolving.
A Gyaradosite appeared during Gurkinn's explanation about Mega Evolution in An Adventure of Mega Proportions!.
In the manga
Pokémon Adventures
Lysandre owns a Gyaradosite, which first appeared in Chespin Sows the Seeds of Change. After Celosia stole Korrina's Key Stone, it was fashioned into a Mega Ring for Lysandre, allowing him to use it and the Gyaradosite to Mega Evolve his Gyarados. Eventually, X stole the Key Stone back from him.
