Ghali

Scuz (Japanese: ガリ Gari) is one of the character of the day in Viva Las Lapras and the right-hand man of Captain Crook. He is voiced by Maddie Blaustein in English and 伊藤健太郎 Kentarō Ito in Japanese.

Scuz respects his boss greatly and does whatever he tells him to do. One of his jobs is to fire the captains Poké Balls containing Tentacruel out of a cannon at Pokémon they intend to poach. One of these Pokémon was a group of Lapras

Once Misty gets on board their ship, she ties up Scuz along with his captain and waits for Officer Jenny to arrest them.
