Generation VIII: Difference between revisions

Generation VIII is a very divisive generation among the public. The games became extremely controversial online when it was announced that many different Pokémon would be removed from the game (although this was mitigated slightly when DLC reintroduced several old monsters back). This was compounded by the game's graphics being scrutinized for not being detailed enough for a console release. However, the game was mostly well received by critics and sold very well, as with most core series games. Opinions on this generation are thus widely skewed.
