The happiness checker is located in [[Gateon Port]] inside the [[Krabby Club]]. He is up the stairs straight to the rear of the club (not the ones backstage) and standing near the bartender. He looks like a boat captain, and is possibly the same guy that gave you an item to evolve your Eevee at the beginning of the game. He is not there at the beginning of the game, but is definitely there after starting the events in [[Pyrite Town]]. | |||
