Francis Kelly
Francis Kelly is an American voice actor for the English dub of the Pokémon anime.
Biography
Kelly started work for the Pokémon anime during Pokémon the Series: Black & White, where his only role was Porter, a group of cruise ship guides in the Decolore Islands.
