Follow Me (Japanese: このゆびとまれ Stay With This Finger) is a non-damaging Normal-type move introduced in Generation III.

Effect

Generation III to IV

Follow Me forces opposing Pokémon to attack the user rather than the intended target during Double Battles. This is an increased priority move, and therefore will always go before attacks during the turn.

If the user's partner is switching out, Follow Me will not divert an opponent from using Pursuit on its partner. Follow Me does not stop the effects of moves which hit multiple Pokémon in a battle.

Pokémon Mystery Dungeon

Follow Me turns the user into a decoy.

Generation V

In Triple Battles, Follow Me will draw the attacks of all adjacent opponents in the field; it will only draw attacks from non-adjacent opponents if they use a move which is able to strike non-adjacent targets (e.g. Aerial Ace, Air Slash).
