Fennekin (Japanese: フォッコ Fokko) is a Fire-type Pokémon.

Along with Chespin and Froakie, Fennekin is one of three starter Pokémon in Pokémon X and Y. It is unknown if it has a secondary type.


It, along with the other two starters in X and Y, were the first Generation VI Pokémon to be revealed to the public on January 8, 2013, as part of a Pokémon Direct broadcast.
