Trivia

This card's effect is almost identical to that of Energy Sticker, a card later released in the 151 expansion. The only difference is that Energy Sticker can only attach Energy to the player's Benched Pokémon, while Energy Pickup can attach Energy to either the player's Benched or Active Pokémon.
