Edmund
Edmund (Japanese: エドモンド Edmund) is a character of the day who appeared in The Clubsplosion Begins!. He was Stephan's first opponent in the Clubsplosion tournament.
Edmund has earned the nickname "Rain Man", to account for the fact that every time he battles, a rainstorm suddenly appears over him. His battle with Stephan was no exception, and he was confident that he would be victorious because of his Seismitoad's Ability, Swift Swim. However, he did not count on Seismitoad getting injured and thus slowing down, which led to his loss.
Edmund usually appears to be quite meek and timid, but he is uncharacteristically more aggressive in battle. He is a strategic and adaptable Trainer, often having Seismitoad use a combination of its speed and Mud Shot to keep its opponent distant.

| Seismitoad is Edmund's only known Pokémon. It was shown to be capable of handling itself in close-combat situations.
It was used in the first round of the Clubsplosion against Stephan's Sawk. Its Ability Swift Swim helped it gain speed in the battle, but it wasn't enough. Its leg was injured by Sawk's Low Sweep, which slowed it down, and it lost the battle after being hit by Sawk's Close Combat. Seismitoad's known moves are Drain Punch, Mud Shot, and Brick Break, and its Ability is Swift Swim. | ||
