'''Dr. White''' (Japanese: '''ホワイト''' ''Dr. White'') is a [[character of the day]] who appeared in ''[[XY063|A Fork in the Road! A Parting of the Ways!]]''. He is a {{tc|doctor}} in a small village not far from [[Lumiose City]]. He grows {{Berries}} in his orchard for his duties as a doctor and occasionally visits houses in his village to treat {{OBP|Pokémon|species}}.

He was first seen rescuing [[Jessie]] and {{TP|Jessie|Wobbuffet}} from drowning, and then taking them back to his clinic so they could recover. Afterwards, Jessie helped Dr. White out with his duties, as she had become lovestruck by him. He helped his childhood friend, [[Beatrice]], whose {{p|Bidoof}} was injured by a {{OBP|Pokémon hunter|XY063}}. He also gave an enraged Beatrice advice not to go after the Pokémon hunter all by herself.

Later, Dr. White helped {{Ash}} and {{ashfr}} when {{TP|Clemont|Dedenne}} was injured by the same Pokémon hunter. Since Dedenne was trapped in a cage charged with electricity, Dr. White removed the excessive electricity it had acquired. Later, Ash and his friends decided to help [[James]] take down the Pokémon hunter. When Jessie told him about this, Dr. White immediately thought Beatrice was after him, only to find her right outside his clinic.

Dr. White later met up with Ash and his friends after they defeated the Pokémon hunter. Even though Jessie thought of living together with Dr. White and even declared her love to him, she decided to continue on with {{TRT}} after she saw how much Dr. White cared for Beatrice. Through {{an|Bonnie}}, she delivered a bouquet of flowers to Dr. White as a way of thanking him.
