This card was included in the Crimson Invasion expansion, first released in the Japanese Ultradimensional Beasts expansion. In Japan, it was reprinted in the Dragon Storm subset, and in the Darkness Yveltal-GX Deck.

Devoured Field is based on the Ultra Ruin, a part of Ultra Space where Guzzlord lives in Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon.
