Destiny Tower (うんめいのとう Destiny Tower) is a dungeon in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky. Only the team leader may be brought in at level one, items and money cannot be brought into this dungeon, and no Pokémon can be recruited. In addition, all IQ skills have no effect (essentially making Reviver Seeds unusable as they require the IQ skill Item Master to work), traps will remain hidden even if the leader attempts to reveal them with a regular attack, and the Pokémon cannot be rescued when defeated. This dungeon is unlocked at the Spinda's Café juice bar by randomly drinking beverages.

Its 99 floors and various special conditions imposed upon entering make Destiny Tower widely regarded as the most difficult dungeon in the game – arguably even more so than Zero Isle South, due to its additional restrictions and the inclusion of Sky-exclusive Grudge Traps and Random Traps. Both dungeons, however, are generally seen as the "Ultimate Dungeons" in Explorers of Sky, similar to Purity Forest in the original games.

At the pinnacle, the player will find a statue of Arceus (its only appearance in the game) and comment on its status as the creator of the Pokémon universe. The player will also receive the Space Globe, which doubles the power of all of its holder's moves, with no side effects.

This dungeon makes a reappearance in Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon, where Arceus will connect with the player after the completion of Arceus's Connection Orb mission.

Trivia

• The Kecleon Shops here have a chance to contain HMs, making them one of two dungeons (the other being Final Maze) where they can be obtained. Both dungeons also disallow the player from bringing items into the dungeon.
• If Giratina enters this dungeon, it will not be in Altered Forme but will instead be in its Origin Forme. This trait is shared with Sky Peak and Star Cave.
• Destiny Tower uses the same tilesets as Zero Isle South for all floors until 96 onwards, which use the tileset for Joyous Tower.
