Release information

This card was included in the English EX Team Rocket Returns expansion, first released in the Japanese Rocket Gang Strikes Back expansion. In Japan, it was reprinted as a Holofoil PCG-P Promotional card and was available at two events held as part of the regional Spring 2005 Battle Road tournaments: as a redemption prize to those participating in the Point Get Battle event and as a prize to participants who reached the final round in the main tournament. This card was later reprinted in the Japanese Movie Commemoration VS Pack: Aura's Lucario and English EX Holon Phantoms expansion.
