The Korean dub, Japanese reruns/digital streaming releases, and the English dub all place DP169 before DP168 because that's the normal order of these episodes. It's just that TV Tokyo originally broadcast these two episodes in reverse order, but all reruns consider DP169 to be DP168 and this episode to be DP169. So no, this is not India exclusive.
