Description	This Champion of Sinnoh is an archeologist who researches the history and mythology of Pokémon. Her deep love for Pokémon sent her on an adventure when she was young.

Cynthia (Japanese: シロナ Shirona) is a Pokémon Trainer in Pokémon Masters EX, based on the character of the same name in the core series games. She forms a sync pair with Garchomp, which is capable of Mega Evolving. The sync pair can be obtained through limited-time sync pair scouts, first available on January 1, 2020. The pair's potential can be upgraded to 6★ EX from November 23, 2020, which unlocks Cynthia's EX Style.

Cynthia is also available in her sygna suit, alongside her sync pair Kommo-o. The sync pair can be obtained through a limited sync pair scout, and was first available on August 17, 2020. This pair is also capable of being upgraded to 6★ EX from February 22, 2021.

Cynthia is also available in her renegade sygna suit, alongside her sync pair Giratina. The sync pair can be obtained through a limited sync pair scout, and was first available on December 27, 2021. This pair is also capable of being upgraded to 6★ EX from when it was released.

• Possibly as a reference to Sygna Suit Cynthia, Cynthia was revealed to own a Kommo-o in the anime episode JN089.

Origin

Cynthia's design is based on her appearance in Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum. Garchomp is Cynthia's signature Pokémon in the core series games. Garchomp's Dex entry comes from Pokémon Ultra Sun.

Cynthia is seen to own a Kommo-o in the anime. Kommo-o's Dex entry comes from Pokémon Ultra Sun.
