Crispin (Japanese: カツゾー Katsuzō) is a character of the day who appeared in Regaining the Home Advantage!. He is a Pokémon Ranger who patrols a mountain area between Brussel Town and Daybreak Town.

Crispin is a Pokémon Ranger whose duty is to watch over a mountain where powerful Metagross and Magnezone lived. These Metagross and Magnezone regularly did battle in order to get rid of the power that built up inside of them, which were results from living on the mountain.
Crispin helped Ash and ashfr solve the mystery behind Metagross and Magnezone's constant battles, which were destroying a nearby town. He directed their attention to a flooded crater and revealed that the Pokémon regularly did battle in order to get rid of the excess power that built up inside of them, which were results from living on the magnetically charged mountain. With this in mind, the group worked to drain the crater, allowing Magnezone and Metagross to continue battling in the mountains.

|desc=Magnezone lived on a mountain between Brussel Town and Daybreak Town and as a result of living on the mountain gained a lot of power that it could only release by battling a Metagross that also lived there. When the trench they lived in was flooded they started battling in a nearby town which often caused collateral damage which was only stopped when Ash and friends managed to get the water out of the trench. Magnezone proved to be very powerful in battle, helping to defeat Ash's Monferno and then knocking out Dawn's Mamoswine despite having a type-disadvantage to both.
