This card was included in the Evolutions expansion, first released in Japan in the Expansion Pack 20th Anniversary subset. At Toys "R" Us stores, a Cosmos Holofoil version of this card with the store logo stamped on the bottom right corner of the artwork was given away to celebrate the stores' exclusive early release of Evolutions on October 30, 2016.
