'''Casey's Meganium''' (Japanese: '''ナナコのメガニウム''' ''Nanako's Meganium'') is {{an|Casey}}'s first and primary {{OBP|Pokémon|species}}. She obtained it as a Chikorita the day before {{Ash}}, {{an|Brock}}, and {{an|Misty}} arrived at [[Professor Elm]]'s lab.

Casey first appeared with her Chikorita in ''[[EP118|The Double Trouble Header]]''. It had just helped her to capture a {{p|Rattata}} when she met {{Ash}} and his friends. She challenged Ash to a [[Pokémon battle]]. Ash defeated all three of her Pokémon including Chikorita with his {{AP|Charizard}}.

Casey and her Chikorita were next seen in ''[[EP161|The Bug Stops Here]]''. She and Ash were competing in a [[Bug-Catching Contest]] when they were attacked by {{TRT}}. Casey used her Chikorita, and during the battle, it evolved into {{p|Bayleef}} and sent Team Rocket blasting off.

When Ash and {{ashfr}} met up with Casey again in ''[[EP261|Here's Lookin' at You, Elekid!]]'', her Bayleef was now fully evolved into a Meganium. Using {{p|Meganium}}, Casey was able to capture an {{p|Elekid}}.
