==Plot==
{{CCP|Haruka}} is excited to go to the river and her {{TP|Haruka|Torchic}} is wondering why. With a [[Fishing|fishing rod]] on her hand, she reveals that she is going to fish for a {{OBP|Pokémon|species}} called {{p|Feebas}}. She also explains that if a Feebas is given [[Pokéblock]]s that increase its {{OBP|Beautiful|condition|Beauty}}, it [[Evolution|transforms]] into {{p|Milotic}}, which is considered the most beautiful Pokémon of all.

Torchic says that she should give up, but Haruka is confident that she will be able to fish one. However, Torchic explains that she was not questioning her fishing skills, but rather criticizing her Pokéblocks. She says that there is no way Haruka's Pokéblocks will cause a Pokémon to transform and {{TP|Kanata|Poochyena}} comments that Haruka is indeed bad at making Pokéblocks.

At the river, Haruka fishes two {{p|Magikarp}}. She is not pleased with that and Poochyena explains that Feebas {{wp|Shoaling and schooling|swim in schools}}, and so if she wants to catch one, she will have to find the spot where the school is. Haruka compliments Poochyena for his knowledge and Torchic says that Poochyena should dive in to find the spot where the Feebas are located.

Poochyena asks why he has to dive in, and he learns that Torchic and {{MPJ|Clefairy}} do not know how to swim, {{MPJ|Pikachu}} cannot dive, and Haruka did not bring any swimsuit with her. He first encounters a group of {{p|Carvanha}} but later finds the spot where Haruka can fish for Feebas. She manages to fish a Feebas and then she thanks an exhausted Poochyena for finding the correct spot.

After that, she takes some Pokéblocks out of her [[Pokéblock Case]] and hands them to Feebas, saying that she made them with love. As Feebas eats the Pokéblocks, Torchic says she has a bad feeling about it. Soon Feebas starts evolving into Milotic and Torchic is surprised that Haruka's Pokéblocks worked.

As it turns out, Haruka's Pokéblocks did cause Feebas to evolve. However, the Milotic before them was not all that pretty, prompting Torchic to ask Haruka if that was her most beautiful Pokémon of all. The chapter ends with Milotic starts moving rapidly towards their direction and Pooechyena concluding that it is too friendly.
