:: Well, most of the Glitch Pokémon you say require a Cheating Device can be found when fighting a trainer using the Old Man Glitch. You see the Glitch pokemon when you fight the Trainer, you just need the Gameshark to capture it. In my opinion, we should document these glitches, and merely have a notice at the top that states how it can found without a Gameshark, but cannot be captured without one.
